We produce raising agents for millers offering low costs, high activity and long shelf life stability. These can be based on different acidulants to give a range of taste, speed of reaction, stability and sodium levels.
Our Baking Powders find favour in some of nation’s larger bakeries in products as diverse as scones, pancakes and soda bread. By utilising the full range of available ingredients we can achieve and exceed our customer’s expectations in terms of reaction rates, taste profiles, and costs. This is achieved by using Acidulants:

- Monocalcium Phosphate Monohydrate
- Monocalcium Phosphate Anhydrous
- Glucono Detlta Lactone
- Cream of Tartar / Tartaric Acid
- Fruit Acids
And CO2 Sources:

- Potassium Bicarbonate
- Ammonium Bicarbonate
And Exipients:
- Dried Flours
- Dried Calcium Carbonate
- Gypsum
We are especially proud of our ‘free-from’ and ‘reduced level’ products such as:

We are working with our suppliers and have ensured that all our Baking Powders and Raising Agents will comply with new legislation on Aluminium levels coming in at the end of 2012.
